The door opens, Maron walks in
Minazuki: Maron!
Then he sees Maron is crying, he hides behind the mailboxes
Narration: I had this kind of feeling before, it was when I openthe mailbox and it's empty. Then I will feel like I'm betrayed.Now, I get Chiaki's letter everyday, I thought I finally gothappiness. But, even that is fake.
She cries even harder
Maron: That... Chiaki... I hate him...
Minazuki listens sadly
Minazuki: Maron! You came back?
Maron turns around
Maron: Ah, it's Minazuki, what's wrong?
She looks perfectly fine, even smiling cutely. Minazuki is reallysurprised.
Minazuki: I happened to come near here...
Maron: Then do you want some tea?
Minazuki: No thanks. I have to study, I just dropped in to seeyou.
Arrows point to his word: Lying, this one's lying too
Maron: Minazuki you are weird, don't we see each other everyday?
She walks to the elevator
Minazuki: It's the same strong Maron chan!

Chiaki's dad: Chiaki! Please tell me why you left home!

Arrow points to Chiaki's dad: He's right
Chiaki: I'm sorry, but I'm not going home.
Miyako jumps in and grabs Chiaki dad's arm

Then she realizes she got the wrong person

Ms. P: Can someone do the problem on the board?
Maron: Me!
Ms. P: Maron.
She goes to the board, thinking to herself she knows the answerbecause she already finished it. Then she realizes that shedidn't do that one. When she's worried about doing the problem,Chiaki raised his hand.
Chiaki: Miss, I want to do the second one.
Ms. P: Go ahead.
He walks to board and holds up his book so Maron could see. Theanswer is there with a arrow saying "see here". Maron'sheart starts to beat really hard.
Maron: Sorry, I can do this one.
Ms. P: What's wrong? Are you feeling okay?
Maron: No, not really.
Ms. P: It's already the fifth period, why don't you go home now.
Miyako: Alright, I'll walk her home.
Minazuki: I'll go too.
Maron: Thank you, but no thanks. I'll go myself.
She walks the room while Chiaki looks on
Narration: Liar! Everything is fake, don't believe it! Don'tbelieve it... but why am I feeling happy?

Then she bumps into Chiaki's dad
Dad: Oh I thought I heard your voice. Maron.
Maron: Ah, Chiaki's...

Dad: Chiaki doesn't want to home right now, so I'm going to talkto the principal. But I came to the library first, because I likebooks.
He takes a book out, Maron laughs
Dad: What's so funny?
Maron: You guys are so alike! Chiaki read that book once
Dad: Really? Really? This book is on medicine, I read it before.I'm so happy Chiaki has at least a little bit interest inbecoming a doctor.
Maron: I don't understand why Chiaki hates you so much and youstill like him so much.
Dad: Doesn't your parents like you?
Maron: No. I'm a neglected child. My parents, because of work,lives in other countries, they haven't talked in a long time.They wouldn't bother thinking about me!
She sees Chiaki's dad looking through a pile of books
Maron: Are you listening to me?
Dad: Aha! Found it!
Maron: Architecture Magazine?
Dad: You are the daughter of the famous Kusakabe Takumi, aren'tyou?
Maron: Yes.
Dad: I thought so! You probably hate the work that took yourparents away from you, right?
Maron: Yes, I hate it very much!
Dad: You probably won't say that again after you see the name ofthis French theme park on the cover.
Maron: "Maron Dome"? Finished on May 30th, that's mybirthday...
Chiaki's dad smiles: Kusakabe Takumi designed this. I think thissuppose to be your birthday gift since it's named after you. Hedoesn't seem to me like a person that would neglect his owndaughter.
Maron thought of her dad hugging her with her mom next to them,then her rosary beeps.
Maron: I have to go now. Her thought bubble: Fin's calling me!
Dad: Sorry for bugging you. Oh yeah, are you GOING out withChiaki?
Maron: Why, why would you ask?
Dad: That's because I saw Chiaki running after you yesterday likehe ever did, also, you didn't seem like you want Chiaki to gohome.
Maron: You are wrong! It's not like that!
She slams the door shut and walks out the room blushing
Narration: I hate that liar! No way I would like him!
Fin flies over and hugs her...face
Fin: Maron!
Maron: AHHH! Fin!
Fin: Ha ha! I sure scared you!
Maron: What are you wearing?
Fin is wearing sun glasses and sitting on a duck with a bow
Fin: I'm angel Fin who has came for you! I already sent thearrival notice, it's okay for you, right?
Maron: Of course. Let's go tonight!
[The word "Guts" is above her head]
Fin: Oh yeah, someone called you when you weren't here.
Maron: What?

Access: Over there, Sinbad. On Jeanne's arrival notice, thepainting she wants is over there.
Sinbad: Oh.
[They are on a tree]
Narration: She really wants to be my enemy... Maron...
Sinbad: Let's go!
Police: Who's there?

He runs to Sinbad, Sinbad moves, he slams into a wall

Access grabs the chess piece: We finally got the chess piecebefore Jeanne did!
Sinbad: Oh yeah, why didn't Jeanne come?
Miyako: Didn't she send the arrival notice? She's probably afraidof me! Ha ha ha ha!
Sinbad: Access, let's go.
Miyako: Why didn't she come? Jeanne...

Chiaki: Maron! Maron!
He goes into every room, franticly searching for Maron
Narration: Not here...
Chiaki: Where did she go?
Access: Chiaki!
He spots the answer machine
Narration: Answer machine?
He listens to it
Answer Machine: Beep! Maron? This is your mom... Your dad andI... We finally decided to divorce. But, we haven't decided whoshould keep you, so your lifestyle should remains the same.That's all... Beep!
Chiaki sees a picture of Maron
Narration: Maron!
