narrator: Inparadise, God made the first human being named “Adam”.Then from
Adam’s bones, He
made a human being named “Eve”. One day Eve was trickedinto eating the
forbidden fruit by a snake.
The fruit was the fruit of knowledge. By eating the fruit, sherealized that
Adam was a man and she was a
woman. She made Adam eat the fruit too and the two fell in love.
God: When Satan was given birth... that was a long time ago, tothe time of the
beginning of the human
race. Long ago, I too had a body and I lived in paradise bymyself. But I
didn’t have anyone to talk to or
anyone to share happiness or sorrow with. I was “lonely”.I used my power of
“creation” and made a doll
that looked just like me, gave it life, and made it human. Itsname was Adam.
I was so happy that I used
Adam’s bones to make another “human” with adifferent look than Adam. I named
it “Eve”. Although I
loved both of them, I felt passion more than just love towardEve. I wanted us
three to be together all the
time. But happiness was broken by one incident.

God: Eve! I had banned you from eating that fruit!
Eve: I’m sorry... I was just so curious...

God: The fruit had the effect of giving feelings and knowledge. Iwas worried
from long time ago. If Eve
ate the forbidden fruit, Eve will realize that I’m God andthe two are human
beings. She would realize
that although we look the same, we’re of different kinds...My worries turned
into reality and Eve
possessed a soul. Maybe the reason many women are emotionallystrong and full
of feelings is because
Eve ate the fruit first.
(Maron: smallprint: Oh, I see.)
God: Eve realized that “God” and “human” aredifferent things and realized that
Adam is the same
“human” she is. Adam followed and ate the fruit. Thetwo were a “man” and a
“woman” and both
“human”. They began to love each other naturally.

Eve: We’ll leave the paradise. I can’t stay here withyou, knowing I’m hurting
you. I’m sorry.

God: I couldn’t stand seeing them together, so I banned themfrom paradise.
But I still loved Eve, so I
gave her my power of “reincarnation”, to be rebornforever and ever. So I can
always see her... And to
Adam, I gave him strength to protect Eve. The reason men areusually stronger
is probably because it’s in
their genes.
(Maron: smallprint: oh, I see.)
God: If she was happy, that was fine. But now, I was all alone inparadise. I
became more “lonely” than
before. I hated being alone. I felt sorrow and scared. I felt soawful that I
threw away my feeling of
sorrow. I thought it would go away if I left it there. But itspower got
stronger as it swallowed the
“lonely” feelings of human beings and after manyyears... from sorrow, it became
Satan that wishes
destruction.
Maron: So Satan is your feeling of sorrow?
God : Yes
Maron: So it was once a part of you...
God: Satan tried to steal my powers away. He wanted to destroythat human race
that caused its
unhappiness. I didn’t want it to do that, but I can’tdestroy my own feelings.
That’s why I had to count of
someone else. “Someone who can defeat Satan”. But withthe long battles, a
normal human being didn’t
have a long enough life. That’s why I picked you. The onlyone who has the
power to be reborn again.
(to Maron) Eve....
Maron: huh? What? I’m EVE?
God: Yes.
Maron: So, so, long long long before Jeanne de arc, I first wasEve? (panic)
God: Yes, yes.
Maron: I don’t remember at all...
God: (chuckle)it’sinevitable. It was a long time ago. But I remember. You
said your past lives have
nothing to do with you, but through millions and billions ofyears, the sparkle
of your soul is forever.
Maron, please rescue Satan. Rescue him from lonliness... Now thatFin is gone,
Satan should be
experiencing more lonliness than ever before. I trust you thatyou can do it,

(a black ball--Satan appears in front of them)
Satan: hmmmm.... Kusakabe Maron. Do you accept the challenge?
Maron: Satan!
(Access holding Fin tight as they look on)
Satan: If you win, I’ll return all the power I swallowedfrom Satan and promise
to disappear. But if the
challenger I appoint wins, I will get the last power of God. (the
reincarnation) Well, if you say you’re not
going to accept, Nagoya Chiaki’s life goes...
(Chiaki is tied up in ropes and suddenly appears in the air infront of Maron)
Maron: Chiaki!
Chiaki: ugh.... Don’t Maron... Don’t worry about me.Don’t accept the
challenge!
Maron (thinking) Chiaki... (pictures of all herfriends and family crosses her
mind) (out loud) Chiaki,
I’m sorry. I’ll do it. I’ll fight!
Satan: You won’t change your mind?
Maron: Of course! Don’t take me for a fool!
Satan: Then...
(Chiaki’s ropes unravel and he falls on the ground, Maronruns toward him)
Maron: Chiaki, are you ok?
Satan: Then, in 24 hours.... I’ll see you in the spacebetween hell and heaven.
Maron: Of course!
(Satan disappears)
Maron: hmmmm.... I have to try hard.
Chiaki: (shakingfrom fury) STUPID!!!!!!
Maron: What? (smallfont: don’t call me stupid!)
Chiaki: You know, don’t be such a nice guy! It’sobviously a trap!

collecting the devils. It
ended up to be a lie that Satan used to get you to work, but if Ican repay you
for all you’ve done, I want to
grant you one wish. What is your wish?
Maron: (thinking) a wish? (chuckle) (out loud) God, isn’t thatwrong? You can’t
really grant a human
being’s wish, can you? I heard that there are only threethings you can do in
the human world. 1, create
life, 2, guard that life you created, and 3, moved the atmospherewith your
breath. That’s why your wish
isn’t granted when a shooting star passes by. Besides, areal shooting star
passes by so fast that it’s
impossible to say your wish three times. But if a wish can cometrue... if a
miracle can happen... we can
over come any obstacle... isn’t that what you wanted to tellus? That’s why I
won’t wish anything. I want
to give the star a shot too. The star that shines in my heart...

(Maron and Chiaki in a room inside a beautiful palace)
Maron: So this is what they wear in heaven! (small print: pure white!) The
room is clean, and we can
relax before the battle! Isn’t it great, Chiaki?
Chiaki: (sulkingfrom anger in a chair) Yeah.
Maron: Dang, he’s really mad. Chiaki, don’t be so mad!You don’t have to
worry! I’ll win! So don’t be
mad.
Chiaki: No way, I’m angry.
(Chiaki angrily swinging in the chair)
Maron: Geez.... ... I saw earth few minutes ago. It wasbeautiful. I just
want to go back. That’s all.
Chiaki: Why don’t you tell me the truth?
Maron: (puzzledlook) huh?
(Chiaki hugs her and kisses her. Staring directly into her eyes)
Chiaki: You’re scared, aren’t you?
Maron: !?
Chiaki: You’re really scared to death, aren’t you? I’lltake your place and
fight for you. You don’t have
to try so hard anymore.
Maron: No... You know it has to be me...
Chiaki: I... I don’t care about earth. Your body is moreimportant than earth.
Your life is more important
than my body.
(Big hug)
Chiaki: Your soul is more important than my life... Maron... YOUDON’T HAVE TO
HURT

Maron (thinking) Chiaki... I... (pushes Chiaki awaylightly)
Chiaki: Maron?
Maron: (thinking)everythingis being fulfilled... (out loud) I don’t have
anything to be afraid of. If there
is one thing I’m afraid of, I’m afraid of you hatingme... (thinking) I.... (out
loud) Whenwas it... Oh, it
was when mom and dad got a divorce. I was suffereing so much thatI just wanted
to disappear... I ran
and ran and ran, but it was still night... (thinking) I feel like I can do
anything with you by my side (out
loud) Youcame to me, Chiaki. You held me. I opened my heart to you... andI
finally felt like I escaped
from the night. Just be having you by my side, a light in myheart shines
through... now too... (Maron in
tears) I loveyou. I love you Chiaki, I love you. I really want you to stay by
my side. I want you to hold
me. I don’t want you to let go... I want to be with you,Chiaki, forever...
Just the two of us...
(Chiaki hugs her)
Maron: (thinking) ummm... I really havea secret that I can’t even tell God. I
want one wish... one wish
to come true. Maybe I can make it come true with you. Maybe wecan catch up
with the shooting star...

(out in the forest, a shooting star passes by. Fin and Accesskissing)

Fin: ...yeah. (Finwith a worried expression on her face)
(the doors open to the area of battle)
Satan: Welcome to the battle zone. I don’t have anyparticular rules. Just
fight until the death of one.
God: I understand.
Satan: Fin... You wanted to be an angel, even if it meant turningyour back on
me.
Jeanne: Hey! Can you not start a fight outside of the ring?Kamikaze Kaitou
Jeanne, I have come under
the power of God! (thinking) I’m sorry, God. I’ve also fallenlove with a
human being. But I became
“Jeanne”. Even if I fall in love with someone otherthan God, if I never forget
my dignity and pride, girls
